About Our Pieces
Can you reserve an item for me?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we are unable to reserve items without payment. If you are interested in a particular item, we recommend purchasing promptly to avoid disappointment.
What condition are items in?
Vintage and antique objects may show signs of age and use, including surface wear, patina, or slight irregularities. These characteristics are part of an object’s history and are not considered defects unless they affect function or overall appearance.
We ask that you look carefully at the item listing prior to purchase. Each item is individually described and photographed to represent its condition as accurately as possible. Minor variations may not always be visible in photographs. Colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Are your items authentic?
We carefully research all pieces to the best of our knowledge and experience. Any information regarding age, origin, maker, or provenance is provided based on available evidence and expertise.

Do you work with interior designers or trade buyers?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from interior designers, stylists, retailers, and other trade customers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements via our Services page.
Shipping & Delivery
UK shipping?
Most items are shipped at a standard rate of £15.
For larger items, shipping is not included at checkout. An amount will be quoted separately and must be paid before dispatch. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of each item.
Combined shipping can be applied to most multi-item orders to help reduce delivery costs.
All orders are carefully shipped from England, UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected international destinations.
Where applicable, international shipping costs will be quoted separately and must be paid before dispatch. Shipping charges vary depending on the item, destination, and courier service used. Combined shipping can be applied to most multi-item orders to help reduce delivery costs.

Do you offer collection?
Yes. We offer free collection from Surrey and are happy to arrange a convenient collection time that works for you. Once your order has been placed, we'll be in touch to coordinate collection details.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Due to recent changes in international (outside of Europe) shipping requirements and for smooth receipt of delivery, import and customs charges are now collected before dispatch rather than upon delivery.
Where applicable, any related fees will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before your order can be dispatched. These charges are determined by the destination country and shipping provider and cannot always be calculated until shipping arrangements have been finalised.
If you have any questions regarding international shipping costs or potential import charges, please contact us before placing your order.
Please note that on the rare occasion that an international order is subject to further customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, these are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier handling, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Larger furniture or specialist courier deliveries may take longer. Estimated delivery times will be provided where applicable once an order has been placed.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
How will my order be packaged?
Each order is carefully packed to protect it during shipping. We use recycled packaging materials wherever possible, balancing safe delivery with a commitment to more sustainable practices. This also allows us to offer a reasonable shipping cost for customers.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference.
If you haven't received your tracking or are unable to locate it, please get in touch via our contact page, and we'll be happy to help.
Returns & Support
Do you accept returns?
Due to the unique nature of vintage and antique pieces, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
All items are carefully photographed and described to provide an accurate representation of their condition. Signs of age, wear, and patina are inherent characteristics and should be expected. These features contribute to the character and authenticity of each piece and do not constitute defects.
If an item arrives materially different from its description or has an undisclosed fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
Where a return is agreed, please note original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition and carefully repacked to ensure safe transit.
Do you offer refunds?
If a return has been agreed, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. Returned items must be carefully repacked and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Once the return has been approved, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
If a returned item does not meet the return conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or make a reasonable deduction for any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
Do you offer exchanges?
As most items are one-of-a-kind vintage or antique pieces, exchanges cannot be guaranteed and are only approved at our discretion.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the unusual case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and make a claim with the shipping provider, you must provide:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the item
- Clear photographs showing the damage
These photographs must be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Failure to provide the required photographs within this timeframe may affect our ability to pursue a claim with the shipping provider and may limit the remedies available.
Upon receiving the required information, we will review the claim and submit a claim to the shipping provider where appropriate. We may request additional information during this process. Any refund, replacement, repair, or other resolution will be considered once the circumstances have been investigated.
Because shipping providers require prompt notification of transit damage, claims reported after the 48-hour period may be rejected.
We reserve the right to investigate all transit damage claims fully before determining an appropriate remedy.
What about my consumer rights?
Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
